  • Do we find genuine products on GetMeSpares.com?
    All the products sold on our website are 100% genuine parts sourced from the authorised dealer or the brands directly.
  • Do you sell used or refurbished parts too?
    No. We do not sell used or refurbished parts on our website. However, we do open the box/packaging at our warehouse to ensure all the products shipped to you are free from any defects or damage.
  • Does GetMeSpares sell products on MRP?
    Yes. All the products listed on our website are sold to the customers on MRP, however the shipping charges does apply on each order.
  • Does GetMeSpares have an offline location to make a purchase?
    No. Currently our presence is limited to e-commerce only. This help us to make our complete inventory available to all shipping locations in realtime across the country.
  • Do we offer cash on delivery?
    No. Currently we accept payments through our trusted payment gateway in advance while placing the order. You may use accepted debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI and other available options through integrated RazorPay payment gateway on our website.
